Monday is pink.
Not a bright fuchsia pink;
not an energetic Barbie pink;
not even an exotic orchid pink.
Every calendar should begin with a pink day.
A pale, soothing, non-aggressive pink.
A pink that welcomes and engages;
that invites and promises good days.
The pale pink of peonies on a summer day,
even if the year begins in the middle of winter.
Even Blue Monday is pink.
How do I know?
It occurred to me while working on the Prism 2027 Daily Inspiration Calendar.
Every day will have its own hue.
But Monday is definitely pink.
